Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using KupataLove ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User") and KupataLove ("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.
• You must not have been previously banned from KupataLove.
• You must be legally permitted to use dating services in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a convicted sex offender.
• You must provide accurate information during registration — misrepresenting your age is a serious violation.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not create multiple accounts or transfer your account to another person.
• You must use a real photo of yourself as your primary profile picture — no cartoons, celebrities, or photos of other people.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on KupataLove:

• Harassment, bullying, abuse, threats, or hate speech toward any user.
• Sending unsolicited sexual content or explicit images.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or using a fake identity.
• Soliciting money, gifts, or financial information from other users (romance scams).
• Advertising, spam, or promoting third-party products or services.
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
• Posting content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third party's rights.
• Sharing another user's private information without consent ("doxing").

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, bio, messages). By posting content, you grant KupataLove a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, store, and process it to operate the Service.

You represent that you own or have the rights to all content you post, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, without notice.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Free Plan

The free plan includes 10 likes per day, basic matching, messaging with matches, and auto-translation. It is available indefinitely at no cost.

Paid Plans

• Gold ($9.99/month): Unlimited likes, see who liked you, read receipts, rewind swipe.
• Platinum ($19.99/month): All Gold features + AI priority boost, 5 super likes/day, AI icebreakers, travel mode.

Billing & Renewal

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Cancel anytime from your profile settings — access continues until the end of the billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

KupataLove, its logo, design, AI matching technology, and all software are the exclusive property of KupataLove and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a romantic partner, or that any matches will be compatible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KupataLove is not liable for:

• Any harm resulting from interactions with other users, online or offline.
• Loss of data, service interruptions, or technical errors.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

Always exercise caution when meeting people online. See our Safety Center for guidance.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless you opt out within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing legal@kupatalove.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
