Protect Personal Information Never share your home address, workplace, phone number, or financial information with someone you've just met online.

Never Send Money If anyone on the platform asks you for money, gift cards, or crypto — that's a scam. Report them immediately. KupataLove staff will never ask you for money.

Keep Conversations On-Platform Stay on KupataLove's messaging system as long as possible. Moving to external apps too quickly is a common red flag for scammers.

First Meetings in Public Always meet a new match in a well-lit, public place for the first time. Tell a friend or family member where you're going.

Arrange Your Own Transportation Drive yourself or arrange your own ride to and from the date, so you're not dependent on your match for transport.

Watch Your Drinks Never leave your drink unattended on a date, and don't accept drinks from strangers you haven't watched being poured.

Do Your Research Before meeting, do a quick search on your match's name. Reverse image search their profile photo to check it hasn't been stolen from another account.

Every chat has a warning (⚠️) button in the top right corner. Tap it to open the Report dialog. Select the reason that best applies.

Choose from: Fake Profile, Harassment, Hate Speech, Scam / Financial Fraud, Underage User, Explicit Content, or Other.

Submit & We'll Review

Our safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours. For urgent safety threats, email safety@kupatalove.com directly.

Block the User

After reporting, you can also block the user. Blocked users are immediately unable to see your profile or contact you.

Fake profiles, stolen photos, or impersonation of any kind.
Harassment, threats, or hate speech of any kind.
Soliciting money, gifts, or crypto — this is a dating platform, not a financial exchange.
Spam, advertisements, or multi-level marketing pitches.
Sexually explicit content unless both parties have mutually agreed (where applicable by law).
Anyone under 18 years of age — no exceptions.

Violations result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent removal from the platform.
